I bought 2 of these cases for our Zen Vision Ms. They add just enough extra cushioning to help the device survive minor bumps and drops. It is really easy to slide on the player and it stays put. The buttons light up through the silicone casing. Unlike other cases, this one fits like a glove and the keys are easily accesible. I don't recommend wearing this around your arm, waist, or neck (with a lanyard) because the case is too stretchy and I'm worried it could tear. This is just good enough for general use and at this price, that's acceptable.
