Cheapest iHome iH6 Clock Radio for iPod (White)

We bought this clock because it seemed to work with the iPod shuffle. However, even though alarm 1 has the option to wake to an iPod, that doesn't include a shuffle iPod. I called iHome about this, and was told that it also doesn't charge the shuffle (although it seems to be doing so when we use it).
