I purchased this product from amazon.com. The problem I have is when you press the volume + button, it dosent just turn it up a little bit. It will max out the volume making you have to rip out the head phones from your ears to save what little hearing you have left. And it will do the same with volume - button. When this button is pressed the volume goes all the way down. I tried changing the battery with the same results. Also this product has about 16 inchs of range.
