Nice pleasing, minimalist design. Single large knob which functions as on/off, volume, and snooze button. Amber clock display is about one inch tall. There are three small buttons for setting the clock and built in beeping alarm. By setting the alarm function on your Ipod, you can wake to your favorite song, playlist, video, etc. Sound quality is pleasingly balanced with rolled off high and low frequencies. The unit is powered from AC or AA batteries which also serves as backup when you have a power outage. Remote gives you on/off, play/pause, volume, next/prev track, FF/FR, repeat, and shuffle functions. There is a storage for the remote in back of the unit.
