Got my player about two weeks ago, and I'm pretty pleased with it thus far. It's easy to add files, and it plays everything just fine. If you're looking for something that really competes with the iTouch in quality, then this isn't for you, but if you're looking for something that's good quality for the price you're getting it for, then you'll love this. It took me a while to figure out how to convert the videos properly (I kept running into a file format error), but I did figure it out. In case anyone else is having the same issues, use the avi conversion tool that's on the disc that comes with the device.
