this item is alright, but after long use I broke the first seal - it just tore, like a ziplock bag. still works okay, but I'm wary of taking it in the pool now, or submerging it. taped it with electrical tape; still leaks. also, the earphones are great for taking in the water, and hold a seal pretty good, but beware of taking them under 3 ft. also, incredibly uncomfortable, as the plastic mold had sharp edges. feels like shoving tin foil in my ears; they scratch my ears up and after less than 15 minutes, I have to take them out. I wish they had a multiple fit, I have very small ear canals.Get more detail about Lewis N. Clark WaterSeals standard Waterproof MP3 or IPOD pouch.
