It works perfectly fine. Charges my shuffle and allows me to transfer music. Certainly cheaper than anything Apple offers, and it's very tiny, which I like. However, you can find similar items for next to nothing - I bought another charger (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000QHOB4S/ref=ox_ya_oh_product) for $[...] and some change, and it worked just as well.
Overall, I'm still happy I didn't have to fork out $[...] to Apple.Get more detail about Marware USB Travel Dock for iPod shuffle 2G (White).
