Order arrived on time. Intended to use in car to connect iphone to stereo system. Cable works with ipods and newer iphones. Older iphones need a longer prong on the plug as this has a shorter one than needed. As long as you have a 3G network iphone it will work (my son tried his newer iphone and it worked great).
