I live near radio towers in a big city so I guess that would be a good test for this transmitter. 97% of the time time it sounds great, almost CD-quality audio. If you live far (> 5 miles) from radio towers, this device should sound well all the time. However, sometimes, I do get interference and it was hard to find an open channel. Even the frequencies listed on DLO's website contained interference. This unit would be perfect if it just had a little more power. I suspect DLO is limited by FCC regulations. If anyone knows how to boost the output power on these, let me know.
