I was sent a bad product that did not work. I contacted the company (BUY ACCESSORIES) and they gave me the rules for getting it replaced (which included my paying for the return of the item even those it was received defective). I complied with their rules and returned the item for replacement. I never received anything else. I would not buy from this company again (and may not purchase from Amazon again since they sponsor this company).
