Lowest Price Philips DC350 iPhone Docking System with Bluetooth


If you purchase it already, and you have the same problem as what I have--missing remote control, I highly recommend you call Phillip directly, instead of waste your time with "Amazon Customer Service".
I bought the docking system at the beginning of Sep., and after I received it, I found out there is no remote control. Therefore, I called "Amazon Customer Service", and they said I'm going to receive a replacement.
Couple days latter, I received the replacement...It is an opened pre-owned item. The box is dirty with shipping label wrapped around, and it's worse than last one--there is only the docking system itself and D/C input, NOTHING ELSE!!!
I was angry and called "Amazon Customer Service", and I would like to share with you my "AMAZING" time with them:
I had waited for 10 minutes to get someone answer the phone, and then the representative kept tell me it is not their fault of the missing remote, and he asked me to call Phillip. And I said it is your fault since you sent me an opened pre-owned item!!!
Ok, in the rest 30 minutes, he kept telling me that he cannot give me another replacement and I should call Phillip.
At the end, finally he agreed to send me another one, and I asked him to make sure this one is 100% brandly new one. He said, I guarantee!
So I got the second replacement, which still doesn't have remote control and is opened pre-owned item!!!
I'm so done with Amazon, and I'm not going to waste my time with it, so I called Phillip.
In just 10 minutes, they solve my problem, and I received an email said I'm going to receive my remote in 3-5 business days.
