Save Case-Mate Signature Series Leather Case for iPod Touch 2G (Phantom Black)

I use the Case-Mate Signature Series Leather Case with my 2nd Generation iPod touch. I like the case very much and it is attractive, nice leather and protects the iPod fairly well. However, less than a month after purchase the upper right hand corner (just above the Volume control) came partial unglued. It is a very small area (between the open top and the volume controls), but it should not have come apart so quickly. Note that the case includes a screen protector, which works fine.
