I was pleasantly surprised when this item arrived so quickly. I lost my connector when I moved and I haven't been able to update my ipod since. I was excited when it arrived. However, when I plugged it into my computer it kept giving me an error message telling me that it was corrupted. I couldn't get it to work no matter what I tried.
