As an active runner/biker I had problems in the past finding an armband that would fit my arm and not slip during the workout. The armband is comfortable, does not scratch and stays put. It is easy to change songs and volume. My only problem is the headphones, I had trouble getting them to stay in my ear. However I am picky about earbuds and have my own so it is a minor issue.
