Everything works as advertised and no problem with install etc etc. (I upgraded the AV cable to a better and longer one, for my install) you still have to go into settings on your Zune device and change to "TV out"...here is where it gets not so good.

if you are driving along and stop for a minute and turn off your car, it will revert back and turn off your "TV out" you now have to go back to the device, I kinda wish it found a way around this, after all the kit plugs into the device using a Zune type Sync cable.
