The trio is not easy for a novist , I have had it for a month and have not figured out how to use the functions avalible. The written instructions suck. I don't know how else to say it. I'm sure if I have the time to contact them they will verbaly lead me thru it . they are a reputable company , I accidently droped mine and broke the screen and the unit lost its capasity to funtion at all and they replaced it for me with out any problems. I can't rate this until I learn how to operate it.
