I bought this combo because it included a hardcover. Though originally low on my priority list, this item's importance has quickly risen, taking the brunt of drops and spills, dust and debris (from my own pockets no less!). The case is likely not water proof, but it certainly will save your baby from splashes. It holds my FUZE snuggly, and provides access to all controls without interference. Someone planned this gem, the edges are all nicely beveled and polished so that finger touch on the controls is not affected. After comparing to my daughter's silicon version, I give this hardcover 6 stars, and it needs no screen saver/cover.
In all, a great package for the price!, absolutely recommended.
