This speaker system is really nice for those of us who travel. THe system folds up and isn't more than 3/4" high which makes it convenient for throwing in a suitcase or briefcase. THe sound isn't super high end but for $80 that wasn't expected. I like that it comes with an AC adapter as well as the ability to run on batteries. It also came with a remote which was a bonus.
