This fit comfortably on my arm and I like the fact that it fully protects my iPod Nano from dust and dirt while I'm doing yard work. It has an extra pocket that would fit a key which would be convenient for anyone who might be running and need to lock their car or house. The only downside is that the thick plastic that covers the front of the iPod makes it difficult to scroll through menus or change the volume.
